In the article, the author tells us that research shows that empowering the employee to work to suit their own schedules pays handsome rewards to employers and increases employee commitment and loyalty while reducing stress and family conflict.
Makes sense to me. But you have to wonder if companies will jump on this quickly.
More likely some early adopter companies will try it out and find it works and others will notice.
